No analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels. This page covers everything the site does with your information — it's a short read.

The short version
The pages here are static. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no ad or tracking pixels, and doesn't fingerprint your browser. The only information I receive is what you choose to send me — through a form or by email.
What loads when you visit
Like any website, the server that hosts these pages (Amazon Web Services) sees your IP address when your browser requests them. Beyond that, the pages load no third-party resources at all — even the fonts are served from this site rather than a font CDN, so simply visiting doesn't hand your details to anyone else.
The contact form
The contact form — and the project-proposal form on the open-source page — send your name, email address, and message over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to this site's own backend, which delivers them to me by email. There is no third-party form service in between, and the form carries a hidden anti-spam field that ordinary visitors never see or fill in. In delivering your message, the server sees the submission and the usual request metadata, such as your IP address.

What I do with it
Your name, email, and message are used to reply, scope the work, and keep ordinary business records — quotes, invoices, project notes. They are not sold or shared, and they don't put you on a mailing list; there isn't one.
Don't send sensitive data
Keep patient information out of the form and email entirely — no names, birth dates, record numbers, or medical images. The same goes for passwords, credentials, and keys. Describe the problem and the systems involved; if the work needs sensitive details, a secure channel comes first.
Links to other sites
Some links lead off this site — for example to GitHub, or to GitHub Sponsors if you choose to donate. Once you leave, you're on services with their own privacy practices, and those govern what happens there.

If the site ever starts collecting anything new — analytics, cookies, or a third-party form service — this page is updated before that ships, not after.
