Privacy policy
No analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels. This page covers everything this site does with your information — it's a short read.
The short version
This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no ad pixels, and doesn't fingerprint your browser. The only information I ever receive is what you choose to send by email.
What loads when you visit
Like any website, the server hosting these pages sees your IP address when your browser requests them. Beyond that, the site loads one third-party resource:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces on every page.
Your browser fetches those files directly from Google's servers, which see your IP address the way any web request does. This site sends them nothing else about you.
The contact form
The form on this site never submits anything to a server. It opens a pre-filled draft in your own email program — you see exactly what it says, and nothing leaves your machine until you press send. Close the draft and no record exists anywhere.
What happens to your email
When you write to projects@onesourceit.us, I receive what you sent — your name, your email address, and your message. It's used to reply, scope the work, and keep ordinary business records: quotes, invoices, project notes. It isn't sold or shared, and it doesn't put you on a mailing list — there isn't one.
Don't send sensitive data
Keep patient information out of email entirely — no names, birth dates, record numbers, or medical images. The same goes for passwords, credentials, and keys. Describe the problem and the systems involved; if the work needs sensitive details, a secure channel comes first.
Your information, your call
Want an inquiry deleted, or have a question this page doesn't answer? Email projects@onesourceit.us and it's handled.
If this site changes
If analytics or a server-backed form is ever added, this page is updated before it ships — not after.
